Our office is open from 8am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. We always try to answer the phone but will call back as soon as possible if a message is left.
Customers have praised our communication from first contact through to final invoice. We work efficiently with technology helping us to keep comprehensive records with photos, job details, time logs and so on, and ensuring that the engineers on site are fully supported by the office team.

Our engineers are introduced below. We also work closely with other trades such as electricians and plasterers. Whoever attends the customer's property will always be suitably qualified to carry out the work required.

What happens when the plumber visits?
We usually give appointment times such as between 9am-10am. If there is any delay, we will contact the customer. All appointments are time-logged. The customer will be asked to provide a digital signature on the engineer's iPad when work commences (see note below) and upon completion.
We would politely request that customers view our our prices and Terms and Conditions before the appointment. This is important because when we ask customers to sign at the start of work, we are also asking them to confirm acceptance of our T&Cs. Website links are provided in emails/texts and printable PDFs can also be downloaded.
Engineers attend appointments in company uniform and in a company liveried van.
The engineer will keep the customer fully informed of issues arising. Sometimes these issues may affect the time and/or materials allocated to the job - and therefore, the cost.
We maintain comprehensive records for each customer and property:
- Information provided by the customer (eg parking);
- History of previous work carried out;
- Technical details about the boiler/central heating system;
- Photos (before/during/after) with engineer's comments;
- Advisory/engineer notes as shown on the invoice.
These notes also help maintain continuity if a different engineer visits the property.
How do we accept payment?
Payment by cash, cheque or debit card (no credit cards) is due immediately upon completion of the work and a fully detailed invoice will be presented by the engineer. The engineers are equipped to take on-site secure debit card payments.
