“I have used Christopher Plumbing for a number of years now and have always, without exception, found them to be efficient and friendly. Apart from regular servicing of my gas boiler and issuance of Gas Safety Certificates, they have made several repairs including the replacement of my hot water tank. Sometimes we receive comments direct to the office...
“Just like to say what a great job Shane did for us recently when our shower malfunctioned. Your firm was recommended by a friend so I put in a call and within thirty minutes the plumber was on the doorstep. The job took two hours but a new unit and shower head were installed - job done. Can't thank you enough for your efficient service.”

We received a long email in which the customer expressed her appreciation of how we run the company and the importance of our telephone support. She finishes:
“I have much admiration in your company and all who sail in her. Thank you for being different, caring and ethical. A rare breed indeed! Thank you, Chris. You have your very own winning Formula!”

This was a voice message (roughly translated from an unclear line):
“This is the second time I've had to call you and your company has given total satisfaction. You fellows are the company to call for any plumbing jobs I might need in the future.”
...and another comment via email:
“I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thankyou for coming out this morning so promptly to repair the leak in my father's kitchen. I was very pleased with the service and will keep your details to hand for future jobs and to recommend to others.”Can we help with your plumbing or heating? 08000 112628
